Chapter guide

The course covers eight areas: field research, problem framing, human–AI design, risk judgment, release evaluation, adoption, difficult communication, and value and handover. These responsibilities connect; strength in one does not compensate for a serious gap in another.

After an exercise, record the situation, your actions, evidence, omissions and feedback. Rework one specific step, compare versions and try it in an unfamiliar case. For self-study, use the lesson checklist and mark points that still need external review.

Communication specialists need to recognize system risks; engineers need to understand the business and users. The course builds delivery foundations. Engineering depth and job readiness still require further practice and assessment.
