Customer and task
Design assisted claim routing for a fictional insurer. Catastrophe surges, missing documents, failed contact and large claims may need different handling. Check for people routed to the wrong queue as well as average speed.
Try it
Separate catastrophe and non-catastrophe claims. Inspect documents, reopened cases and contact status. Design assisted routing with decision owners, escalation for errors and a way to appeal.
How to use this data
Reported loss estimates are not settlement amounts. Use the records for routing practice, not to decide entitlement or settlement for a real claim, or estimate real catastrophe volumes.
The dataset contains 20 practice records. Use paper or a spreadsheet to count and compare task groups, then list possible causes and questions to test. No coding is required.

What to write down
Write a one-page analysis: which tasks to address first, supporting records, questions to test, owners and pause conditions. End with a specific next step. Mark missing evidence for follow-up rather than inventing facts.
