Chapter guide

Ask the receiving team to handle a simulated failure using their own access. Test pausing, checking business records, escalation and recovery. Receipt of documents alone does not establish independent operation.

In product feedback, describe tasks, impact, recurring needs and customer-specific constraints. A feature wish needs further evidence before it becomes a requirement for everyone.

New regions, tasks, data or shifts can invalidate earlier approval conditions. Review each change. If the project ends, arrange data handling, access revocation, user notification and record retention.
